Let’s challenge ourselves to do better, to be better, so that we become better versions of ourselves. So will you join me and set a new goal this week? It doesn’t have to be a fitness goal, like mine. I’ve resurrected my fitness tracker, restarted one of my favourite healthy lifestyle apps, and set a step count goal and exercise goal in my journal, so that after the lockdown, not just my business will be better and stronger, but my mind and body will also emerge better and stronger too. I still prefer the weekend to some extent, even when we are on lockdown and we are not meeting up for dinner and drinks with family and friends at the weekend, but I’ve now changed my mindset and now I see Monday as a day for a fresh start.
